Entyre is seeking a State General Manager for Texas to lead operational scaling and delivery of caregiver support services. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role requiring operational excellence, clinical team management, and regulatory navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and lead a clinical team of nurses and support staff delivering family caregiver services
- Streamline client onboarding to Medicaid, waivers, and Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs), removing friction and accelerating enrollment
- Navigate state regulatory requirements and compliance, turning them into competitive advantages
- Own clinical operations, recruiting, customer support, and partnership development
- Maintain clinical quality while driving growth metrics and family sign-ups
- Serve as primary stakeholder liaison with local clinics, agencies, regulators, and media
- Identify state-specific operational challenges and collaborate with HQ and tech teams on solutions
- Share best practices and tactics to support growth acceleration in other states
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on operational experience in a high-performance environment
- Demonstrated track record of promotion and advancement
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and judgment skills
- Team leadership experience managing direct reports
- Execution-focused mindset with ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems creatively
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and fearless tenacity
Preferred:
- Healthcare or caregiving operations background
- Medicaid program knowledge and experience
