Higgsfield AI is a rapidly scaling generative AI company with $500M+ annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users, and partnerships with 390 Fortune 500 brands. This General Manager role focuses on strategic partnerships in GPU and compute economics—a critical function as the company scales its infrastructure footprint globally.
You will own the full lifecycle of GPU and compute infrastructure deals: sourcing, structuring, and negotiating capacity commitments, long-term supply agreements, colocation arrangements, and energy-linked contracts. You'll become a domain expert on GPU/AI-compute market dynamics, pricing, supply structures, and competitive positioning through both research and in-person relationship building.
Financial modeling and strategic analysis are core: you'll build and stress-test company-level P&L and FP&A models, own forecasting for the largest cost line, and work directly with the CEO and co-founders on development strategy and financial planning. You'll model the economics of large partnerships, identify where value sits, and translate commercial decisions into financial narratives for leadership, the board, and investors.
The role requires deep international experience (3+ years across multiple countries), consulting-grade financial acumen (McKinsey/BCG/Bain or equivalent), and the ability to learn technical domains quickly. You must be fluent in English and Russian, comfortable with heavy international travel, and ready to work in-office six days per week in Almaty or San Francisco with regular rotation between hubs.
Ideal candidates have backgrounds in management consulting (Engagement Manager+ level), corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure PE, or strategic finance at high-growth companies. Technical or quantitative undergraduate training, procurement/supply-chain experience, or prior roles in cloud, GPU, data center, semiconductor, or energy sectors are valued.
