ElevenLabs is seeking a General Manager to lead its Saudi Arabia operations and drive regional growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the Saudi Arabia strategy and execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure the Middle East business aligns with overall company goals.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for the Saudi Arabia market, conducting in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape, and devising strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales. You will manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates, build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and ensure effective brand positioning of ElevenLabs in the market.
You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team, implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure targets are met or exceeded, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
