Entyre is seeking a State General Manager for Pennsylvania to lead operational scaling of the company's caregiver support services. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring exceptional operational execution, team building, and regulatory navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and lead a clinical team of nurses and support staff delivering high-quality care
- Streamline client onboarding processes for Medicaid, waivers, and Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs)
- Navigate state regulatory requirements and transform compliance into competitive advantage
- Serve as primary stakeholder liaison with local clinics, agencies, and regulatory bodies
- Own clinical operations, recruiting, customer support, and partnership development
- Maintain clinical quality standards while driving rapid growth and family sign-ups
- Identify and communicate state-specific operational challenges to headquarters
- Collaborate with technology team to solve pain points and improve processes
- Share best practices and tactics to accelerate growth across other state operations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on operational experience in a high-performance environment
- Demonstrated track record of advancement and leadership capability
- Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
- Proven team leadership experience
- Execution-oriented mindset with ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems creatively
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial drive and resilience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or caregiving operations background
- Medicaid program knowledge and experience
- Experience working with regulatory agencies
