Omaze is seeking a General Manager to lead a new consumer proposition in the UK market. This is a true business-owner role with end-to-end accountability for strategy, P&L, and performance of a new product launch.
You will own the complete business model from launch through scale, bringing together cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations, Analytics) around unified outcomes. Your responsibilities include developing commercial strategy, establishing economic drivers and operating models, setting KPIs and performance metrics, and building financial forecasts in partnership with Finance.
On the product side, you'll own the end-to-end customer proposition, partner with Marketing on go-to-market strategy, set product roadmap direction with Product and Design teams, and maintain high standards for customer experience quality and usability. You'll balance rapid shipping with continuous learning from customer behavior and experimentation.
Cross-functionally, you'll act as the single point of accountability across the organization, create clarity on priorities and decisions, resolve blockers quickly, and build trust with senior leaders through data-driven performance reporting.
Ideal candidates have significant experience owning and growing consumer businesses, product lines, or marketplaces with meaningful P&L responsibility. You should have launched or scaled new products or business models, understand product development deeply, have experience with complex commercial arrangements and partnerships, and possess strong operational instincts for building scalable processes. You'll need analytical rigor, experience leading multidisciplinary teams through influence, comfort operating in ambiguity, and extremely high standards for execution and customer experience.
Omaze has raised over £150 million for UK charities in five years, partnering with organizations like Age UK, RSPCA, British Heart Foundation, and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. The company is building a global business committed to growth and social impact.
