Blank Street is seeking a General Manager to lead their London operations and drive expansion across multiple locations. This is a full-time leadership role requiring 40 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling while ensuring peak availability Friday–Sunday when customer traffic is highest.
You will build and develop high-performing teams across multiple stores, setting standards for performance, engagement, and brand excellence. Your responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing top talent with clear career pathways; fostering a culture of ownership and accountability; and empowering teams through hands-on coaching and structured development.
On the customer experience side, you'll set the bar for hospitality and service, lead NPS improvement initiatives, and ensure every store reflects the Blank Street brand identity. You'll take full P&L ownership, hitting sales, labour, and profitability targets while using data-driven strategies to maximize revenue, improve efficiency, and reduce waste. You'll implement sales-driving initiatives that increase customer spend and repeat visits.
Operationally, you'll execute consistently across stores, maintain efficiency and structure, build a strong compliance culture around health and safety standards, and refine processes to improve workflow and service speed. You'll also lead Blank Street's expansion efforts, overseeing new store openings and scaling operations while working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and people teams.
