Higgsfield AI is a rapidly scaling generative AI company focused on AI-powered video creation and creative tools. The company has achieved $500M+ annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users globally, and powers 390 Fortune 500 brands. As General Manager of International Partnerships, you will own the full partnership lifecycle across global B2B accounts. Your responsibilities include sourcing, pitching, structuring, and negotiating complex multi-million-dollar deals with international partners. You'll build and scale the partnerships pipeline across key markets, with a focus on enterprise media, advertising, entertainment, and consumer brands. You will lead commercial execution against significant revenue targets, structuring complex deals, paid pilots, and multi-year strategic agreements. You'll identify high-value use cases with partners, translate Higgsfield's AI capabilities into measurable outcomes, and design partnership models and pricing structures from scratch. The role requires switching between verticals rapidly—working with media holdings, consumer brands, and platforms in succession. Account ownership is critical: you'll build durable C-level relationships with founders and decision-makers, drive expansion and upsells within existing accounts, and maintain visibility into both revenue and cost-to-serve metrics. You'll work with minimal process structure, relying on context and access to move quickly. The role is based in Almaty with a San Francisco hub, requiring heavy international travel and regular trips between both locations. The team works in-office six days per week, emphasizing in-person collaboration for speed and problem-solving. Required qualifications: 7+ years closing complex enterprise deals in sales, business development, or partnerships; 3+ years working across international markets; experience at a high-growth company; strong understanding of both revenue and operational economics; fluency in English and Russian; comfort with ambiguity and intensity. Preferred: enterprise sales experience in media, advertising, or entertainment; P&L or market/vertical leadership; international agency or global commercial organization background.
