Interior Define, part of Havenly Brands, is reimagining the furniture shopping experience with customizable, design-forward pieces. As General Manager of the Soho Studio, you will lead a high-performing team and drive omnichannel sales while delivering personalized, elevated customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
**Lead Studio Operations & Customer Experience**
Deliver exceptional, high-touch service across all channels—in-studio, online, virtual consultations, email, phone, and chat. Ensure every client receives a warm, tailored experience from first interaction through final purchase. You'll own the studio's sales targets and KPIs, building strategies to meet and exceed goals.
**Drive Sales & Performance**
Guide your team through a client-first, consultative selling process rooted in design expertise. Cultivate and grow relationships with trade clients and local design professionals to drive repeat business and referrals. Use data to monitor performance, optimize team productivity, and implement continuous improvements.
**Build & Develop Your Team**
Hire, train, and lead a team of Design Experts and Studio Associates. Create a collaborative, motivated studio culture rooted in accountability and growth. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and career development support to develop talent.
**Embrace Technology & Operations**
Leverage the tech stack—including CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), Slack, and Google Suite—to manage client relationships, team communications, and daily studio operations. Maintain studio operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
You'll be responsible for turning first-time clients into loyal customers while managing a studio that showcases Interior Define's customizable furniture offerings (125+ fabrics, 20+ leg styles, multiple lengths and depths).
