Salary: USD 190,000 - 250,000 / annual
Entyre is seeking a General Manager to lead the expansion of its Adult Care business operations in Illinois. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for establishing and scaling the company's Chicago-based office and statewide presence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to implement Entyre's Adult Care model across Illinois, focusing on in-home medical support for older adults and differently abled individuals.
• Build and lead the Illinois-based clinical, administrative, and business teams from the ground up. Hire, mentor, and manage personnel while ensuring high performance standards.
• Establish strategic partnerships and represent Entyre before state regulatory agencies, clinics, and stakeholders. Navigate complex federal, state, and local regulations governing adult care services.
• Analyze eligibility pathways for government funding (Medicaid, waivers) and develop strategies to place clients into appropriate care options.
• Oversee office operations, budget management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Report monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics on enrollments, revenues, and industry developments to corporate headquarters.
• Identify and resolve governmental compliance issues. Share best practices and provide managerial support to other state offices.
• Drive family enrollment and sign-ups for eligible adult care programs. Enhance business development efforts to grow the client base.
The ideal candidate brings a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, plus five years of consulting or business analysis experience in healthcare, consulting, or public/private sector environments.
