Notion is seeking a General Manager to lead its go-to-market strategy and growth in France, a Tier 1 EMEA market with significant scaling potential. You will own overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business, reporting to the General Manager of EMEA and sitting on the EMEA Leadership Team.
You will lead through frontline managers and teams spanning Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers. This is a hands-on builder-leader role focused on bringing Notion's new AI-native, country-first GTM model to life in France—moving from segment-first to country-first operations where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI.
Key responsibilities include: owning GTM strategy and growth plans with accountability for regional revenue across Sales Assist and Self Serve; hiring, coaching, and developing frontline leaders and individual contributors; scaling a country-first motion through local executive engagement and faster field-level decision-making; accelerating the land engine by opening doors, growing professional workspaces, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion; winning lighthouse customers and creating market momentum; embedding Notion's AI-era GTM model across the team with agent-enabled customer journeys and stronger "build with the customer" motions; making agentic transformation central to French GTM; partnering tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, and Professional Services to reduce handoffs; building partner co-sell motions; establishing Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive engagement and community involvement; representing French customer voice back to Product and leadership; creating a talent destination in France; and driving operational excellence in forecasting, pipeline quality, and performance management.
The role is based in Paris with anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for in-office collaboration. You will be expected to work alongside the team during these days.
