Entyre is seeking a State General Manager for Colorado to lead operational scaling and delivery of caregiver support services. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring operational excellence, clinical team management, and regulatory navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and lead a clinical team of nurses and support staff delivering high-quality care
- Streamline client onboarding processes for Medicaid, waivers, and Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) programs
- Navigate state regulatory requirements and transform compliance into competitive advantage
- Serve as primary stakeholder liaison with local clinics, agencies, and regulatory bodies
- Own recruiting, customer support, partnerships, and clinical operations
- Drive family sign-ups and lead conversion with relentless focus on growth metrics
- Identify state-specific operational challenges and collaborate with HQ to implement solutions
- Share best practices and tactics to accelerate growth across other state operations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on operational experience in a high-performance environment
- Demonstrated track record of promotion and advancement
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and judgment skills
- Team leadership experience managing direct reports
- Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems creatively
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or caregiving operations background
- Medicaid program knowledge and experience
- Experience working with regulatory agencies
