Blank Street is seeking a General Manager to launch and lead one of their first locations in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build a high-performing team, set operational standards, and create an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, high-growth food and beverage environment.
You'll own all aspects of store operations across multiple dimensions:
**People & Culture:** Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a large hospitality team. Create engaging schedules compliant with local labor laws, manage timecards and PTO, and develop team members while addressing performance issues fairly and promptly. You'll foster a motivating culture that maintains strong employee engagement scores.
**Product & Quality:** Serve as a brand ambassador with deep knowledge of Blank Street's differentiated products. Maintain food and beverage quality standards, execute recipes consistently, and manage all ordering, vendor relations, inventory counts, and compliance with the inventory management system. You'll spend time behind the bar leading by example.
**Operations & Compliance:** Achieve company operational standards through auditing platforms. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation of locations. Manage facilities, maintenance, and pest control issues to maintain health department compliance and "A" grades.
**Neighborhood Performance:** Develop local business relationships to build brand loyalty. Own financial performance and identify growth opportunities. Monitor and respond to customer feedback (NPS scores), celebrate wins, and investigate concerns. Collaborate with peer General Managers to share best practices.
This role requires 4+ years managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality/retail, experience leading large teams, and proficiency with inventory and supply chain management.
