The Director of Corporate Strategy reports directly to the Vice President of Strategy and serves as a key operational leader driving Lyra Health's enterprise-wide growth agenda and global strategy. This role bridges high-level enterprise planning with execution, partnering directly with vertical leaders across Lyra's Employer Solutions, Health Plan & Health System businesses to translate overarching strategic goals into scalable operational models and market entry strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing corporate strategy initiatives, leading cross-functional workstreams to support business growth, analyzing market opportunities and competitive dynamics, and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans for business units. The Director will work closely with C-suite executives and business leaders to identify growth levers, optimize operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives that expand Lyra's market position and impact in mental health care delivery.
