Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 / annual

Blank Street is a high-growth food and beverage brand on a mission to become the defining brand of its generation. As General Manager for the Beverly Hills location, you will launch and lead one of the company's first stores in Los Angeles, building a high-performing team, setting operational standards, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations across multiple dimensions: **People Management:** Create a motivating culture by training, coaching, and mentoring your team. You'll handle scheduling in compliance with labor laws, manage timecards and PTO, recruit talent in collaboration with the People Team, coordinate new-hire training, oversee shift lead training quality, address performance issues promptly, and maintain strong team engagement scores. **Product & Quality:** Serve as a brand ambassador with deep knowledge of Blank Street's differentiated products. You'll maintain food and beverage quality standards, ensure accurate recipe execution, manage all ordering, vendor relations, waste, and inventory compliance. You'll spend time behind the bar leading by example in customer service and product excellence. **Operations & Brand Excellence:** Achieve company standard scores on the operations auditing platform. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation of locations per company policies. Solve facilities, maintenance, and pest control issues efficiently to maintain health department compliance. **Neighborhood Performance:** Develop local business relationships to grow brand loyalty. Own your stores' financial performance, identify growth opportunities, uphold NPS scores, celebrate positive feedback, investigate negative comments, and collaborate with other General Managers to share best practices. **Requirements:** - 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality and/or retail brands - Experience managing large hospitality teams - Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering - Passion for excellent customer service and hospitality - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Ability to create workflows, systems, and processes for dispersed teams - Strong delegation and follow-up skills - Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities - Ability to develop staff across leadership, hospitality, product, and service quality - Hands-on, action-oriented approach with deep knowledge of specialty coffee, hospitality, or retail - Positive, enthusiastic, and results-driven mindset
