Salary: USD 204,499 - 347,649 / annual
Conga is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a trusted strategic partner and operating leader for the Office of the CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the operating rhythm of the executive function and translate enterprise strategy into clear priorities, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enterprise Execution: Own the portfolio and governance of Conga's strategic priorities, translating direction into clear workstreams, accountable owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Executive Operating Cadence: Design and facilitate the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) operating rhythm, including cadence meetings, decision-making forums, and strategic reviews that drive alignment and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work as a peer partner to the ELT, connecting decisions, people, and information across functions so issues are surfaced early, resolved quickly, and commitments move forward with discipline.
• Strategic Initiative Leadership: Build a strong operating rhythm across the CEO, ELT, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board, and strategic initiative leaders to bring greater visibility, alignment, and accountability to the business.
• Visibility & Accountability: Create focus around the company's biggest priorities, improve the speed and quality of decision-making, and ensure the most important initiatives deliver results.
