Salary: USD 170,000 - 280,000 / annual

Vetcove is modernizing the $50B+ animal health industry with a suite of platforms including a market-leading procurement marketplace, ecommerce platform, and practice management system. More than 25,000 veterinary hospitals across all 50 states use Vetcove daily. As General Manager of the Clinic Purchasing Platform, you will lead Vetcove's flagship purchasing platform and manage the company's most important enterprise customer relationships. You will oversee approximately 15 customer-facing professionals across Account Management and Customer Experience teams, managing two experienced managers who report directly to you. You will be accountable for the success of Vetcove's largest enterprise partners. This includes understanding their business, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, coordinating execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and ensuring consistent delivery on commitments. Key responsibilities include: owning platform performance and operations; leading and developing your two managers; partnering cross-functionally to prioritize customer needs and drive initiatives; gathering customer and market feedback to inform commercial strategy and product direction; reviewing executive-facing materials including proposals and business reviews; improving processes, metrics, and operating rhythms; conducting regular business reviews to evaluate account health; and traveling up to 25% to meet with enterprise customers for strategic planning and relationship building. You should have a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of account management, relationship-based sales, or similar experience. Previous people management experience is required, including managing managers or leading teams through other leaders. You must have proven experience managing complex enterprise relationships, strong attention to detail, project management skills, comfort with data and quantitative problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected, along with excellent collaboration skills and a team-based mentality.
