As General Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations at a Placemakr property in Huntsville, AL, reporting directly to an Area Manager. Your core responsibilities include driving operational and budgetary excellence, managing a team of property staff, and ensuring exceptional experiences for both residents and guests.
Key duties:
- Lead and motivate your property team, fostering accountability, ownership, and innovation
- Manage day-to-day operations with hands-on support during escalated issues
- Oversee financial performance and budgetary execution
- Participate in Manager on Duty rotations with flexible scheduling (evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays)
- Implement programs and processes that drive continuous improvement
- Champion Placemakr's Community Norms and culture of top performance
- Communicate effectively with team members, ownership groups, and partners
- Build trust and clarity across all stakeholders
