SAP Taulia, a fintech company within the SAP group, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Asia Pacific region. You will oversee all go-to-market functions including Sales, Pre-Sales, Account Management, and more across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines), Australia, and New Zealand. You will drive regional growth, define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, and lead a high-performing multi-disciplinary team delivering Supply Chain Finance, AR Financing, Dynamic Discounting, and Virtual Card solutions. Key responsibilities include: defining and executing a regional go-to-market strategy to identify growth opportunities in key markets; driving customer acquisition and revenue expansion within the existing customer base; managing stakeholder relationships with internal global teams, SAP counterparts, and external partners; leading and mentoring a regional team to deliver solutions aligned with local market needs; maintaining deep market insights on trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscape; partnering with global sales and leadership to align regional efforts with company objectives; and managing regional resources, budgeting, and performance management while maintaining quality and service delivery standards. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer based in San Francisco. Taulia serves over 2 million businesses in 150+ countries, with major customers including Airbus, AstraZeneca, and Nissan. The company helps customers and suppliers access working capital solutions while improving supply chain resilience and sustainability. REQUIREMENTS: Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in related roles including APAC leadership, trade finance, or fintech industry, with proven track record of success - At least 5 years in senior leadership roles within a global organization, with demonstrated success building and leading high-performing regional teams - Strong professional ethics and commitment to data-driven performance management and excellence - Ability to thrive in complex external stakeholder environments, designing value propositions and pitching innovative ideas to customers and partners - Strong strategic and analytical ability with willingness to work directly with customers and delivery teams - Business-level fluency in English, both verbal and written Desired: - Deep understanding of working capital solutions, including domestic and cross-border trade flows, particularly within Asian markets - Previous experience in SaaS or subscription-based sales environments - Strong experience with Asian business and social cultures - Familiarity with regulatory environments and key stakeholders surrounding similar products across APAC - Forward-thinking mindset with interest in leveraging AI to drive efficiency and innovation in financial workflows - Proficiency in relevant regional languages
