Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 / annual

As a Functional Consultant for Government Cloud, you will partner with U.S. government agencies and government contractors to implement and optimize enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions in highly regulated environments. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable functional solutions through platform configuration, solution design, and close collaboration with technical delivery teams. Working as part of a cross-functional implementation team, you'll help customers modernize contracting and acquisition processes while ensuring compliance with federal regulations, security requirements, and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with customers to understand business objectives, contracting processes, and functional requirements - Translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations aligned with implementation best practices - Configure application components including workflows, forms, business rules, validations, approvals, and role-based permissions - Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops, solution demonstrations, and user acceptance activities with customer stakeholders - Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Product Management, and Support teams throughout the implementation lifecycle - Diagnose and resolve configuration, process, and data-related issues Required qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, Solution Delivery, or related functional consulting role - Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software solutions such as CLM, ERP, Supply Chain, Procurement, or other enterprise workflow platforms - Hands-on experience configuring enterprise applications including workflows, forms, business rules, validations, and role-based security - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience) Preferred qualifications: - Experience implementing CLM solutions within U.S. Public Sector organizations - Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFARS, or other federal procurement regulations - Experience supporting federal agencies, government contractors, or highly regulated industries - Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or government cloud environments
