The Pharmacy Operations team sits at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational innovation, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to deliver high-quality health programs at scale. As Fulfillment Operations Manager, you will own the pharmacy and supply chain logistics that keep Noom's medication and product fulfillment running smoothly. This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining strategic planning with day-to-day execution. Key responsibilities include: - Managing fulfillment performance across pharmacy and 3PL partners, ensuring SLA adherence and rapid issue resolution - Overseeing the medication order ticketing system, resolving shipment delays, lost/damaged packages, address updates, and replacement orders - Serving as liaison between patients, Care Coordinators, and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless cross-departmental communication - Maintaining accurate SKU-level inventory visibility across locations and supporting end-of-month reconciliation - Forecasting demand, managing replenishment cycles, and coordinating inventory transfers to meet order volume - Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and improve inventory and fulfillment strategy - Supporting new product launches by collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Clinical Ops teams - Managing Help Desk tickets and following up with Care Coordinators for timely resolution - Evaluating and implementing tools such as Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or ERP-lite solutions - Driving cross-functional improvements as Noom Med grows and diversifies offerings You bring 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, or pharmacy/healthcare operations, ideally from CPG, DTC health, telemedicine, or fast-scaling eCommerce. You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience. You're comfortable analyzing large datasets, proficient with pharmacy/supply chain/inventory management systems, and have working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA. Experience with regulated products (supplements, pharmaceuticals), vendor management, or compounding pharmacies is a bonus. You're a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to engage medical professionals, pharmacy representatives, and patients effectively, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
