AbbVie (Allergan Aesthetics division) seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst for the North Cluster Latin America region, based in Bogotá. You will partner with the FP&A Manager, Area Finance Team, and business leaders to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decisions across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead month-end close and financial reporting activities, including monthly business reviews and variance analysis with detailed commentary
- Conduct variance analysis for planning cycles and management reporting under guidance of the Planning Manager
- Develop and maintain finance tools to track key project KPIs and provide timely advice to business leads
- Monitor and control internal processes including expenses, commercial policies, cost structure, and business cases
- Prepare and analyze reports on Sales, SG&A, Distribution Margin, and local profitability
- Support Accounting Shared Services and collaborate with CoE's, Supply & Logistics to ensure accurate, timely financial results
- Identify continuous process improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial support to functional business managers and identify risk mitigation strategies
You will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven international environment with daily verbal interactions with global teams. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling, and expertise in SAP, SmartView, and MS Office (HFM, CTE/Concur experience is a plus).
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master's or CPA preferred); minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience with direct business interaction, reporting, analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities. Fluent, professional English (written, oral, reading) is mandatory for daily communication with international teams. Bilingual capability required.
