Showpad, a global AI-powered revenue effectiveness platform serving 2,000+ customers across 50 countries, is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to drive data-driven financial decision-making across the organization. This role is a key partner to Finance leadership and the broader business, owning core FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis. You will develop and monitor key financial and business performance metrics such as ARR, bookings, EBITDA margin, and operating expenses. You'll perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, explaining key drivers and trends to Finance leadership and business partners. Building and maintaining financial models for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses will support budgeting, scenario planning, and forecasting efforts. Responsibilities include managing the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across Showpad for both long-term and short-term horizons, including quarterly forecasts and the annual operating plan. You'll ensure accuracy and completeness of company financial data, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional groups to influence business direction. The role also involves building relationships across departments to establish best practices, identify opportunities, and streamline processes and tools. You bring a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (professional qualifications like CFA, CPA, or MBA are a plus). You have 3-5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A or closely related finance functions, ideally with SaaS or technology company exposure. You're a master of Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to produce dynamic models and perform sensitivity analyses. You have solid grounding in accounting principles, familiarity with SaaS business models and revenue drivers, and experience with reporting, budgeting processes, and complex financial modeling. You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage changing priorities and multiple simultaneous assignments.
