Conga is seeking an FP&A Manager to support the R&D organization. In this role, you will maintain corporate financial model inputs, support monthly financial close processes, and deliver analytics and reporting to the Product (R&D) leadership team. You'll develop strong relationships across Product and R&D organizations to enhance budget accuracy, improve forecasting, and provide strategic analyses that inform product roadmap prioritization and pricing decisions.
You'll be responsible for creating robust financial analyses, models, reports, and dashboards—primarily in Excel—that facilitate critical business decisions for executive leadership and the board. Your work will support the operational management team and help drive informed decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of FP&A, corporate strategy, or related experience, with specific expertise supporting R&D organizations at SaaS companies. You have a deep understanding of accounting, finance, and operations principles and can translate complex concepts for business partners. You're proactive, entrepreneurial, and take initiative to identify business needs and develop scalable solutions that benefit both immediate and long-term operations.

You're resourceful and collaborative, turning to colleagues, professional networks, and external resources to solve problems and drive results.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is highly preferred. Experience with FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan), BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau), Salesforce reporting, relational databases, and corporate development processes (M&A, capital raises) is a plus.
