Peec AI is an analytics platform for AI search, helping brands understand their visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews. The company is a Series A startup backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with 80+ employees across Berlin HQ and a New York office.
As FP&A Manager, you'll be the analytical backbone of the Finance team, working alongside the Head of Finance. You'll own the complete financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, headcount planning) and drive monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles. Your responsibilities include building scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions around revenue segmentation, pricing, hiring, and international expansion.
You'll define and maintain the KPI framework that tracks metrics across the business, tie financial models into the monthly and quarterly business rhythm, and build management dashboards in collaboration with the Business Systems team. As a business partner, you'll work with department heads on budget ownership, headcount tracking, and spend variance analysis. You'll translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders and lead the month-end close process.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience at high-growth B2B SaaS startups. You should be comfortable building financial models from scratch in Excel, have experience with investor reporting and board materials, and be a power user of BI tools (Chartmogul, Looker, Power BI, or similar). Strong communication skills are essential—you'll present numbers to non-finance stakeholders and turn data into actionable decisions.
Bonus qualifications include investment banking or VC analyst experience, familiarity with multi-entity setups or US business context, and Python or SQL skills for data querying.
