Payoneer, a global financial platform founded in 2005, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its Financial Planning and Analysis GTM team in Bangalore. This role combines advanced financial modeling, finance business partnering, and hands-on data analytics to influence strategic direction across the global business. You will serve as a key member of the FP&A team, reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager in Hong Kong. The role is a unique blend of corporate finance partner, advanced financial modeler, and data analytics builder. You will transform complex business drivers into advanced financial models, convert raw operational data into reliable datasets, and build dashboards that enable leaders to make informed decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract data from data warehouses, transforming operational data into structured datasets for financial analysis - Analyzing revenue and OPEX trends to identify opportunities and business drivers - Designing, building, and maintaining automated management reports, executive summaries, and interactive BI dashboards (Looker/Power BI) for senior leadership - Providing advanced financial modeling and decision support for strategic initiatives - Partnering closely with the global sales organization and cross-functional teams - Bridging raw data, business intelligence, and high-level financial strategy You bring 7–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, advanced financial modeling, and data analytics, ideally from a global public company or high-growth international environment. Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces is highly valued. Required technical skills include proficiency in SQL, strong experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI), and a quantitative academic background (finance, economics, engineering, data science, or related field). Advantageous skills include Power Pivot, Python, and modern financial planning platforms like Pigment. You are detail-driven, hands-on, and comfortable writing code to access data while maintaining strategic perspective. You excel at simplifying complexity, communicating across technical and non-technical teams, and driving automation and efficiency.
