Salary: USD 80,000 - 115,000 / annual
Fabletics is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive financial modeling, analysis, strategy, and reporting across multiple business lines. This role reports to the Director of FP&A and partners with Global Retail, Wholesale, Amazon, Retail Activations, and Emerging Business Channels teams.
Key responsibilities include: managing weekly KPI reporting and monthly forecast packages for retail, wholesale, and emerging channels; owning OpEx and capital expenditure reporting with variance analysis; building and maintaining complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning; supporting annual bottoms-up budgeting across the organization; partnering on 5-year financial planning; collaborating with Store Development and Real Estate on capital expenditure planning; facilitating leadership input throughout forecasting processes; tracking business trends and assessing impact on financial performance; producing board and executive reporting packages in Excel and PowerPoint; automating processes to improve efficiency; preparing financial business case recommendations; and supporting monthly business reviews and special projects.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience in financial/business case modeling (retail, brick-and-mortar, subscription e-commerce, corporate FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting); advanced spreadsheet modeling skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects; comfort with ambiguity and estimation; basic accounting knowledge; experience with multiple legal entities and currencies; strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Preferred qualifications: experience with revenue modeling and e-commerce; board-level reporting experience; familiarity with forecasting tools (Hyperion, Oracle, Workday); business intelligence tools (ThinkCell, Tableau, MicroStrategy); VBA and AI tool automation; foundational AI literacy and experience with generative AI tools.
The role is based at Fabletics' El Segundo headquarters with a hybrid work schedule. Compensation includes base salary of $80,000–$115,000, discretionary PTO, summer Fridays, healthcare, employee discounts, 401(k), annual bonus, and equity.
