Join Coursera's Finance team as an FP&A Manager in a strategic role focused on forecasting, business planning, performance reporting, and business analytics. Coursera and Udemy recently merged to create a comprehensive skills platform serving 300+ million learners and 12,000+ enterprise customers.
In this position, you will own key components of Coursera's revenue forecasting and planning processes, build and maintain critical performance metrics, and drive insights that inform strategic decision-making. You'll serve as a strategic finance partner to internal consumer business leaders and the broader FP&A team, defining and communicating key metrics to guide operational and strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning analysis and reporting of monthly business performance drivers, leading daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly topline performance updates and business deep dives
- Building, enhancing, and managing scalable financial models, including regional forecasts, LTV/CAC frameworks, content benchmarking, and marketing ROI analyses
- Driving continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and tools to streamline forecasting cycles, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting automation
- Establishing credibility with diverse audiences and delivering meaningful analyses that support informed decision-making
You'll work with large volumes of data, leverage advanced Excel and G-Suite skills, and utilize planning systems like NetSuite, IBM TM1, or Oracle Essbase. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, strong financial modeling expertise, understanding of US GAAP revenue recognition, and proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Experience in internet consumer business is preferred.
