This FP&A and Business Finance role is central to Aspora's scaling strategy. You will partner directly with leadership to translate business strategy into financial plans, track performance across international markets, and provide analytical insights that drive capital allocation decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across business units and markets
- Business Performance Analysis: Track financial performance against plans and identify key revenue, cost, and profitability drivers
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain models to support strategic decisions, product launches, and market expansion
- Management Reporting: Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership with clear performance insights
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Work with product, growth, and operations teams to understand business drivers and ensure financial alignment
- Unit Economics & Metrics: Analyze unit economics across products and markets to guide pricing, growth investment, and capital allocation
You will need 6-8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, ideally in high-growth fintech or technology environments. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills are essential. SQL, BI tools, or AI familiarity is a plus. You should be comfortable with large datasets and able to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with business judgment, thrives in fast-moving environments, and takes ownership of delivering actionable insights. Experience in fintech, payments, digital banking, or venture-backed startups is highly valued.
