Veeam Software, a data and AI trust company headquartered in Seattle, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the Customer Experience (CX) organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted financial partner to CX leadership across Renewals, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support functions.
Key responsibilities include owning operating expense tracking and reporting (vendor spend, travel & expense, personnel costs), leading headcount planning and workforce cost modeling, and managing monthly forecast cycles end-to-end with accountability for accuracy. You will build and maintain OpEx and workforce models in Pigment, deliver variance analysis comparing actuals versus plan/forecast, and ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and budgets across systems and stakeholders.
You will own recurring CX reporting on expenses, headcount, and operational metrics, and prepare analysis and materials for quarterly business reviews and executive updates. A core part of the role is connecting financial results to operational drivers such as capacity, utilization, productivity, and cost per resource, and acting as a trusted advisor to CX leaders by proactively identifying cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.
You will leverage multiple financial systems including NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, Pigment, Hyperion, Concur, and Navan to support planning, reporting, and analysis.
Required qualifications include 5–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical experience; a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; strong financial modeling and analytical skills; deep experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; and proficiency with planning tools such as Pigment, Hyperion, or Anaplan, plus systems like NetSuite and Workday. You must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, advanced English proficiency, and the ability to work effectively across teams, regions, and time zones.
Bonus skills include experience supporting Customer Success or similar organizations, leveraging AI and automation for efficiency, working in global fast-paced environments, and building planning models in high-growth SaaS businesses.
