Salary: USD 86,000 - 144,100 / annual
PagerDuty (NYSE: PD), a global leader in AI-first digital operations, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support Expense Management. You will partner with Finance leadership and business partners across the organization to deliver analysis and insights on company spend, supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support monthly budget vs. actual analysis and review sessions with Business Leaders in GTM, R&D, and G&A functions
- Serve as primary liaison with Accounting to support monthly close activities, including purchase order and invoice accruals and reclasses
- Assist with monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning processes; identify variance drivers and contribute to executive and Board-level reporting and presentations
- Develop, analyze, and interpret financial and operating results to provide insights and recommendations for improving forecast accuracy and visibility
- Support development of financial models and reporting for business partners and leadership, including materials for executive and board presentations
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects for senior leadership as you grow into the role
- Support vendor and platform administration for expense systems
- Identify opportunities and implement AI and automation improvements across expense management and FP&A processes

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, expense operations, or FP&A
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with comfort working with high volumes of transactional and financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with corporate platforms (NetSuite, Coupa, Pigment)
- Experience experimenting with AI tools to improve processes and workflows
