Delinea is building a Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Excellence (CoE) in Mexico City to deliver standardized, scalable financial support globally. As an FP&A Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager of the FP&A CoE, you will execute and maintain recurring financial processes that support decision-making across Product, G&A, and Go-To-Market leadership.
Key responsibilities include: supporting the annual headcount planning cycle and quarterly re-forecasts; consolidating and validating headcount data from Workday and Adaptive Planning; preparing monthly budget vs. actual (BvA) reports by cost center using NetSuite and Adaptive data; supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process by consolidating headcount and expense assumptions; building and maintaining driver-based templates for quarterly re-forecasts; drafting variance analysis and root-cause commentary for FP&A pillars; ensuring monthly expense-reporting close deliverables are published on schedule; and executing periodic reconciliations across Workday, Adaptive, and NetSuite per documented procedures.
This is an execution-focused role with a high bar for quality and accuracy. You will apply defined processes, controls, and templates; identify opportunities for improvement and automation; and help establish the Mexico City CoE as a trusted, IPO-grade financial partner.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; 3–5 years of FP&A, controllership, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience; advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data models); experience supporting headcount and/or BvA processes; strong attention to detail; effective communication skills; and ability to manage multiple monthly and quarterly cadences under time pressure.
Desirable: experience in a CoE or shared financial services environment; multinational environment experience; familiarity with Workday, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Power BI, or Snowflake; willingness to use AI tools (Claude) for automation; and adaptability in a growing, evolving team.
