Delinea is building a Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Excellence (CoE) in Mexico City to deliver standardized, scalable financial support globally. As an FP&A Analyst, you will be part of this growing team, reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A CoE.
You will execute and maintain recurring financial processes that support decision-making across Product, G&A, and Go-to-Market leadership. Key responsibilities include:
• Support the full headcount planning cycle: annual budgets, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly actuals for assigned cost centers, consolidating and validating data from Workday and Adaptive Planning.
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual (BvA) reports by cost center, pulling data from NetSuite and Adaptive, ensuring data consistency and integrity across sources.
• Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process by consolidating headcount and expense assumptions from cost center owners into the Adaptive planning model.
• Build and maintain driver-based templates for quarterly re-forecasts, updating assumptions based on latest actuals.
• Draft variance analysis and root-cause commentary for FP&A pillars (Corp FP&A, Product & G&A, GTM) for senior review.
• Execute periodic reconciliations across Workday, Adaptive, and NetSuite per documented SOPs.
• Support the monthly expense-reporting close cadence, meeting established publication timelines.
This is an execution-focused role with a high bar for quality and accuracy. You will apply defined processes and controls, identify automation opportunities, and help establish the Mexico City CoE as a trusted financial partner.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 3-5 years in FP&A, controllership, corporate finance, or financial analysis; advanced Excel skills; experience with headcount and/or budget vs. actual processes. Desired: CoE or shared services background, multinational experience, Workday/Adaptive/NetSuite familiarity, Power BI or Snowflake knowledge, comfort with AI tools like Claude for automation.
