Paraform is an AI-powered recruiting marketplace that modernizes hiring by connecting companies with specialized recruiters and AI agents. The company has achieved 8x revenue growth and counts industry leaders like Palantir, Rippling, and Abridge as partners. As Founding Technical Recruiter, you'll own all aspects of building Paraform's recruiting function from the ground up. You'll drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, from sourcing and screening through closing. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers to establish talent strategy, hiring goals, candidate experience standards, and employer branding. Beyond recruiting, you'll own talent operations—managing candidate coordination, recruiting tools (including Paraform's own platform), and continuously improving hiring processes and structures. You may also support HR and People Ops functions on an as-needed basis during the early stage. You'll serve as a genuine ambassador for Paraform's mission, able to speak credibly about the product, market opportunity, and why top talent should join. This is a high-ownership role that requires comfort operating without a playbook and a builder mindset to create process and structure from scratch. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles, preferably in-house at a high-growth startup. You should have a proven track record closing strong candidates in competitive markets and deep sourcing skills—actively finding and engaging talent rather than relying on inbound. Familiarity with the recruiting industry or marketplace businesses is a plus. You'll need high ownership mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and genuine excitement about building something new.
