Artemis is seeking a Founding Technical Customer Success Manager to own the complete post-sale lifecycle for enterprise security customers. You'll manage customer onboarding, adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal—serving as the single accountable owner inside Artemis for each customer's success. This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep engagement with the product. You'll work directly with SOC analysts, detection engineers, and CISOs using an AI-native security platform. Key responsibilities include running structured onboarding from contract signature through go-live, establishing joint success plans with measurable milestones, and managing customer health through recurring reviews of product engagement, outcome quality, integration health, and AI adoption. You'll deliver quarterly business reviews grounded in quantified impact—dollars saved, coverage gained, analyst time returned—using real usage data rather than anecdotes. You'll manage an asks-and-risks process to convert customer requests into tracked internal work, route issues to appropriate owners, and ensure SLA compliance. A critical part of the role is driving adoption of AI-native workflows across investigation, detection, and hunting, teaching analysts and developing internal champions. You'll triage technical issues live on customer calls, pulling in engineering with full context when needed. You'll surface expansion signals (new data sources, growing usage) and partner with Account Executives on renewal and expansion motions. As the voice of the customer, you'll feed structured field signal into the product roadmap and quality feedback to detection teams. As the founding hire in this function, you'll build the CS playbook from scratch—onboarding guides, health scorecards, QBR templates, renewal runbooks—that future CS team members will use to ramp. Required: 5+ years in Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or post-sales Solutions roles in B2B cybersecurity or technical enterprise SaaS, with proven experience carrying enterprise accounts through renewal and understanding GRR/NRR metrics. You must genuinely understand AI, use LLM tools daily, and explain agentic workflows to skeptical SOC analysts. Security domain fluency is essential—you can discuss SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, identity, and cloud with SOC managers and CISOs, and understand daily SOC operations. You're comfortable reading dashboards, interrogating usage metrics, and building value narratives from data. You've proven ownership of renewals and expansions in complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with strong project management and exceptional written communication skills. You're startup-ready, building process where none exists. Nice-to-have: Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering background, hands-on SOC analyst or detection engineering experience, early CS hire experience at a security or AI startup, familiarity with SQL, APIs, or light scripting.
