Pallet is building AI agents to transform the physical economy, a $12 trillion global industry. The company has raised $50M from top investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures, achieving 700% revenue growth in under two years. Pallet's platform automates manual supply chain workflows—from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management—while their newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI agents that execute requests in real time and integrate with customer systems.
You will be Pallet's first dedicated Revenue Operations leader, building the operating system behind the go-to-market organization from the ground up. The company has strong product-market fit and enterprise customers, with founder-led selling evolving into a repeatable revenue engine. Your role is to create the infrastructure, rigor, and operating cadence that enables scaling without slowdown.
Key responsibilities include designing and improving operational processes for sales scalability, building reporting dashboards and operating cadences for executive decision-making, developing metrics for pipeline health and forecast accuracy, owning pipeline hygiene and opportunity inspection, creating repeatable pipeline review processes, partnering with sales leadership to improve SDR and AE accountability, designing lead routing and territory management frameworks, owning commission administration, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and finance on reporting and data quality.
You'll partner directly with sales leadership across the entire funnel, turning raw, messy data into simple, trusted views that drive real decisions. This is a zero-to-one build where the systems and processes you establish will shape how Pallet generates predictable revenue as it scales toward a $10B+ business.
Required experience includes 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies, with proven success scaling sales organizations from founder-led models into structured, repeatable revenue engines. Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tools (Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clari, HubSpot) is essential. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, ability to build processes from scratch, and proven track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders to solve ambiguous business problems through systems design.
