Endra is building AI that transforms how engineering teams design buildings. The company helps MEP engineering firms automate complex design workflows and accelerate infrastructure development. Backed by a16z with $75M in total funding, Endra is shipping product rapidly and seeking its first Product Marketing Lead to define market communication and positioning.
You'll own the complete product marketing function from inception, building systems and processes that translate complex AI-powered features into clear, compelling narratives for prospects and customers. This is a foundational role sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, reporting directly to founders.
Key responsibilities include: establishing repeatable product launch processes and campaigns; interviewing customers to uncover impact stories and produce case studies, videos, and testimonials; developing core messaging frameworks, value propositions, and competitive positioning; creating sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, objection guides, demo narratives); and building the playbooks and templates that future product marketers will inherit.
You'll become the connective tissue between Product and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring consistent storytelling across the organization. Success means every product release lands with customers, every meaningful feature is communicated clearly, and sales has the messaging and proof points needed to win deals.
Ideal candidates have 4–12 years of product marketing experience at early-stage startups (Seed through Series B), with a proven track record building programs from scratch rather than operating existing machines. You should excel at translating highly technical products into accessible messaging, manage multiple launches simultaneously, and think like an owner. Bonus experience includes software for the physical world (AEC, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure), technical AI/developer products, enterprise customer research, or competitive intelligence.
