Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 / annual
voize is building AI companions that automate digital workflows for frontline workers, starting with nurses. The company has raised $50M Series A (led by Balderton Capital, with backing from HV Capital and Y Combinator) and operates in 1 in 4 care homes in Germany, with 5 pilots running in the US.
As Founding Product Manager, you will be the first product hire in the US market and own the entire US product strategy and scaling roadmap. You'll report to the Head of Product, Markets, and work closely with the CEO and New York-based team.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the CEO and GTM leadership to define what voize sells in the US, to whom, and what the product must prove first
- Spend significant time onsite in hospitals and care homes, working directly with nurses to understand real workflows versus documented processes
- Convert 5 current pilots into evidence-based, scaled business: identify where nurses adopt voize organically, where adoption stalls, and why
- Write sharp product requirements, define honest success metrics, and establish data infrastructure and feedback loops for decision-making
- Collaborate with Engineering and ML teams to determine what is reusable platform versus US-specific, including navigating EHR integrations and compliance trade-offs
You'll work hybrid from the New York hub with flexible hours. Regular travel across the US is essential for onsite work with nurses. Occasional travel to Berlin HQ for product and org-wide events.
Qualifications:
- Shipped products into high-stakes, complex regulated environments (healthcare preferred; field service, logistics, and similar also valued)
- Systems thinking and fluency working with engineers and ML as a peer
- Demonstrated experience shipping agentic products; comfortable using AI agents in your own workflow
- Action-oriented: make strong bets with incomplete information and adapt quickly
- Strong product taste: pragmatic but maintains high standards for quality and vision
- Resilience and iterative mindset: see challenges as opportunities, test-learn-improve cycles
- Value open communication and constructive feedback
- Comfortable with ambiguity and entrepreneurial environments (the posting explicitly welcomes founders, engineers who've built before, and zero-to-one PMs)
