Rebar is building an AI operating system for commercial HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. The company's quoting platform has processed tens of thousands of projects across North America and doubled revenue in the first six weeks of 2026. Customers include top firms in the industry, many managing billion-dollar construction projects on workflows that haven't modernized since the 1980s. Rebar recently raised $14M in Series A funding and is entering a growth phase focused on AI-native products.
In this role, you will partner closely with founders to shape Rebar's product direction and execution. You'll spend significant time talking with customers to understand their workflows and pain points, then translate that feedback into high-impact product decisions. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing problems to solve, improving the core product experience, launching new products and features, and collaborating with engineering and design to iterate quickly. You'll help establish how the company plans and ships product, and support alignment between customer feedback and internal strategy.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys working in fast-moving environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and takes ownership of outcomes. The role is especially interesting if you're curious about starting a company, want to work closely with experienced founders, or are motivated by learning quickly and taking on new challenges in a growing company.

Helpful but not required:
- Background as a software or mechanical engineer who moved into product
- Product management experience in vertical SaaS or construction tech
- Experience working on complex, real-world workflows
- Experience with AI-driven products or workflows
