Ploy is a marketing platform that transforms company websites into growth engines, helping teams from early-stage founders to growth-stage companies manage SEO, paid acquisition, CRO, ABM, and custom marketing workflows. The company is backed by First Round Capital and Y Combinator.
As Ploy's first Product Manager, you will work directly with founder Bryant Chou and engineering leads to shape the product roadmap and own major initiatives from conception through launch. This is a central, high-leverage role on a lean team with significant influence over product direction and how the company builds.
Key responsibilities include:
- Improving the first-time user experience to help users identify relevant use cases and achieve tangible results in their initial session
- Shaping how Ploy identifies opportunities and acts on them, from recommending next steps to running marketing workflows automatically
- Designing how customers interact with Ploy's agents across the app and Slack, including context provision, work review, and autonomous execution decisions
- Testing changes to pricing, packaging, and upgrade experiences to help customers derive more value as their needs evolve
You will partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, using customer feedback and product data to guide development priorities. You'll maintain close involvement post-launch, analyzing activation, conversion, and retention metrics to identify what's working and what requires iteration.
The company operates in-person with offices in San Francisco (Financial District) and New York, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

- Experience in the web and marketing space
