Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 / annual
Nuvo is building infrastructure that powers trade in the physical goods economy. The company operates a platform used by 75,000+ businesses to facilitate commerce across supply chains—from raw materials through finished goods. Backed by $45M from Sequoia, Spark, Founders Fund, and Index, Nuvo is automating and intelligently routing trade workflows.
You will join as a founding product manager, owning early-stage, high-impact product work. This is a 0-to-1 role where you'll define opportunities and strategy across identity, risk, trust, and payments—core problems that slow down trade today. You'll operate at the intersection of GTM (sales, customer success, deployments), design, and engineering, translating customer pain into product strategy and shipping value rapidly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining product strategy and prioritizing problems in ambiguity
- Partnering with GTM and customer teams to gain deep context and identify opportunities
- De-risking opportunities through data, user research, and market signals before committing resources
- Working closely with design and engineering as a genuine technical partner
- Seeding and shaping Nuvo's growing product organization
- Owning outcomes and operating with urgency
This foundational role will help establish how product gets built at Nuvo and positions you to have significant impact as the company scales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in industry holding complex product roles
- Proven experience with early-stage, 0-to-1 product work
- Strong user empathy and ability to de-risk opportunities with data and research
- Technical fluency; ability to partner genuinely with engineers
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance incremental progress and big bets
- Experience in high-caliber product teams across multiple growth phases
- Low-ego collaboration style; ability to drive alignment through trust
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies
