Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 / annual

Nuvo is building infrastructure that powers trade in the physical goods economy. The company operates a platform serving 75,000+ businesses trading $100 trillion annually, backed by $45M from Sequoia, Spark, Founders Fund, and Index. You will join as a Founding Product Manager in an early, high-ownership role. This is a 0-to-1 product position where you will define opportunities, prioritize problems, and strategize deployment of agentic workflows onto Nuvo's trade graph. You'll operate across identity, risk, trust, and payments—core friction points in physical goods trade. Your responsibilities include: - Partnering closely with GTM and customer teams (sales, customer success, deployments) to gain deep context and identify opportunities - Collaborating with design and engineering to ship value quickly - De-risking opportunities through data, user research, and market signals before committing resources - Defining product strategy and owning the roadmap - Building and seeding the growing product team - Operating as a product owner with accountability for results and impact in a $B-scale opportunity You will sit at the center of cross-functional teams, driving alignment and shaping how product gets built at Nuvo during a critical growth phase. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years in industry holding complex product roles - Experience with early-stage, 0-to-1 product work in ambiguous environments - Strong user empathy and ability to de-risk opportunities with data and research - Technical fluency—enough understanding of software development to partner genuinely with engineers - Strategic thinking with ability to operate on longer time horizons and decide between incremental vs. big moves - Low-ego collaboration style; ability to drive alignment by earning trust - Experience in high-caliber product teams across multiple phases of company growth - Curiosity and hands-on experimentation with new technologies - High agency, accountability for results, and sense of urgency - Office-first working style (Monday-Friday in NYC or SF)
