Crucibl is building AI-native strategy consulting software for Fortune 500 clients. The company is profitable, revenue-generating, and backed by Tier 1 VCs with a $10M seed round. You'll join as a Founding Product Manager to scale a winning product into a category-defining platform.
In this role, you'll own the roadmap for Crucibl's AI agent platform, translating real client delivery insights into shipped product. You'll work at the intersection of client strategy and product engineering—partnering directly with strategists and clients to identify pain points, then working closely with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship solutions fast. Your job is to define how AI agents structure ambiguous business problems, execute analysis, and present recommendations to clients.
Key responsibilities include: owning product strategy and roadmap prioritization against live client engagements; translating client signal and delivery feedback into concrete product requirements; leading cross-functional work with engineering to make fast, high-stakes calls; designing the analytical frameworks that power AI-delivered engagements; defining success metrics and feedback loops for AI-delivered work; and building domain expertise in verticals like CPG, healthcare, financial services, and industrials.
You should have 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally at companies where product decisions had direct business consequences. You've shipped end-to-end—owned roadmaps, made prioritization calls, and lived with outcomes. Experience with AI/ML products, data-heavy products, or enterprise B2B software is a strong plus. You thrive in ambiguity, turning vague high-stakes problems into concrete bets. You're an exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You'll work directly with founders who bring Google-scale systems experience and deep expertise from top consulting and private equity firms. The team is small and elite. You'll have meaningful equity, hybrid flexibility (3 days in-office), full health coverage, and see your work directly impact Fortune 500 client outcomes.
