Omnea is a Series B AI-native procurement platform backed by Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel, serving enterprise customers like Spotify, MongoDB, and Monzo. The company has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and is ranked the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe. You will serve as Founding Head of Talent for the US Go-to-Market function, reporting directly to the Head of Talent. This is an end-to-end ownership role spanning strategic sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate close for all GTM hiring (Sales, Customer Success, Growth). Year one priorities: Build deep, qualified pipelines at scale; meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining top 1% talent bar; map talent markets and run sourcing campaigns; develop a personal network of exceptional GTM leaders; become the go-to person for Sales, Customer Success, and Growth hires in the market. As pipelines mature, you'll transition into defining hiring process, coaching hiring managers, refining scorecards, and scaling the talent function. You'll partner directly with GTM leadership on role specs and success profiles, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and real influence over team composition. The role demands hands-on execution: screening, initial conversations, candidate management, and compelling outreach campaigns. You'll leverage AI throughout your processes, maintain ATS hygiene, and operate with process discipline and clear communication. This is not a desk role—you'll spend significant time in sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement. Omnea is building a talent function focused on quality and care rather than volume and speed. You'll be embedded with senior leaders and help shape the company's team as it scales from the US market.
