Titan is rebuilding wealth management for everyday Americans. The company powers over $1 billion in assets under management and is backed by a16z, General Catalyst, Accel, Y Combinator, Sam Altman, and Paul Graham. The mission is to democratize private wealth advisory by leveraging AI and technology to deliver elite wealth management at scale—what used to require a team of advisors can now be delivered by one advisor working with AI.
You will own paid marketing and become the driving force behind Titan's next stage of B2C growth. This is a founding-stage role where you'll decide which channels to bet on, build campaigns that prove them out, and turn what works into a repeatable acquisition engine while maintaining sharp cost efficiency.
You'll own programmatic growth across all B2C paid channels with reach into lifecycle marketing and the website. You'll be equally comfortable setting strategy and executing hands-on: creative direction, ad iteration, campaign structure, dashboards, tracking, and attribution setup. The role requires a scrappy builder's mindset—you'll set up tools, automate workflows, ship campaigns, and find partners to accelerate progress. You'll operate as a lean team of one, creating leverage through smart tooling and process.
Key responsibilities include: determining and testing new paid channels for a high-trust, longer-conversion B2C product (not simple ecommerce); executing end-to-end from creative to performance monitoring; building and refining the full funnel as one connected system (paid acquisition, lifecycle, website conversion); setting and maintaining efficient cost targets as you scale; and moving fast without a surrounding team by building the tools and workflows that enable outsized impact.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally having joined a B2C startup and seen it scale from early stage
- Track record of testing and standing up new paid channels from zero, not just optimizing existing ones
- Deep comfort with numbers; you monitor performance daily and speak fluently to what's driving results
- Experience with high-trust, longer-cycle products where conversion involves multiple touchpoints (e.g., phone conversations) is a plus
- Builder's instinct: you'd rather automate a workflow yourself than wait for someone else to build it
