Pallet is building AI agents to transform the physical economy, a $12 trillion global industry. The company has raised $50M from top-tier investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures, and has achieved 700% revenue growth in under two years. As Founding Growth Lead, you will own and scale Pallet's digital marketing engine across multiple channels including paid acquisition, email, website optimization, content distribution, account-based marketing (ABM), SEO, and emerging channels like AEO. You'll build the marketing operations foundation supporting these programs, including automation, attribution, website tracking, lead routing, segmentation, and reporting across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue. Key responsibilities include: scaling paid digital programs to create qualified enterprise pipeline; running marketing automation, email segmentation, nurture, and lead-management programs; improving website conversion paths, tracking, landing pages, and content; measuring channel performance through CRM and attribution analysis; developing and distributing content across paid, owned, SEO, and AEO channels; supporting ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts; managing contractors and specialized partners; and partnering with sales and content teams on integrated enterprise campaigns. You should have 3-7 years of growth, digital, demand generation, or ABM experience, ideally marketing enterprise technology with a sales-led buying process. You'll need working knowledge of marketing automation, attribution, CRM reporting, and website tracking, with depth in at least one channel and the ability to learn adjacent channels quickly. Experience at a rapidly growing startup or top-tier university background is preferred. You do not need to be the leading technical expert in every channel—you should understand how channels work, evaluate performance, and manage specialists when needed.
