voize is an AI health-tech company building an AI companion that frees nurses from administrative work, giving them back up to 30% of their time to focus on patient care. The company has 1,500+ care facilities as customers, 150,000+ nurses using the platform, and is backed by $50M Series A funding from Balderton Capital, HV Capital, and Y Combinator.
As Founding Account Executive for the US market (NYC-based), you will lead enterprise sales efforts for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and similar healthcare operators. You'll own the end-to-end sales process for a new market segment, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to build the enterprise sales function from scratch, establish go-to-market strategy, and shape the company's next growth phase.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic prospecting and outbound engagement with enterprise-level healthcare operators and decision-makers
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of healthcare procurement
- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor
- Leading high-stakes negotiations involving legal, procurement, and operational stakeholders
- Collaborating with product and tech teams to customize solutions for enterprise clients
- Contributing to voize's enterprise go-to-market strategy and market positioning
- Cross-functional coordination with marketing, product, and customer success teams
The role offers significant autonomy and impact: you'll generate your own pipeline, thrive without heavy SDR or enablement support, and create structure from ambiguity. You'll work from the New York Hub in a collaborative, fast-growing startup environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record closing complex deals in the $100k–$2M+ ACV range
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently (outbound, events, networking)
- Builder mindset: comfortable creating structure and taking ownership without an established playbook
- Strong executive presence and credibility with C-level and senior stakeholders in procurement-heavy environments
- High energy, engaging personality, and ability to leave prospects and partners excited to work with you
