As Founders Associate, you will serve as a right hand to the CEO, executing strategy across all business areas and working fully autonomously on critical strategic questions. You will manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals, prepare presentations and reports while tracking KPIs, conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities, support fundraising through pitch materials and investor outreach, streamline workflows and improve operational processes, and act as a strategic sparring partner to the founder on prioritization and execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university
- Minimum 1 year of proven, high-impact professional experience from: elite management consultancies, bulge bracket investment banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or as an early team member at venture-backed hyper-growth startups
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills with track record of translating complex data into actionable insights for executive-level decision-making
- Highly autonomous operator who thrives with minimal guidance and can independently lead multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact in scaling and strategy
- Ability to excel in high-pressure, performance-driven environments with consistent delivery beyond expectations
- Deep passion for music, video, or social media as part of identity; eager to shape the future of the industry
- Profile: strategic operator with deep analytical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, ability to communicate across engineering, product, and business functions
