Fuse Energy is an energy startup backed by over $200M in funding from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, and others. The company is building a fully integrated energy system combining solar, battery storage, grid infrastructure, AI-driven optimization, and distributed energy solutions for consumers. By selling directly to end-users, Fuse cuts out intermediaries and passes savings to customers.
You will work directly with the founders on the company's most complex and impactful challenges. This is a high-intensity, high-ownership role for an exceptional operator who can move rapidly from strategy to execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support product and commercial strategy across existing and new product lines
- Analyze trading, supply economics, and operational bottlenecks
- Lead scoping and modeling for new markets, products, or regulatory environments
- Support renewable build-out strategy and evaluate development opportunities
- Design pricing, forecasting, and business models
- Prepare materials and insights for CEO-level decisions
- Negotiate with strategic partners and support key commercial relationships
- Own high-priority special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM with coding or analytical experience
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement
- Ability to break down complex problems and execute quickly
- Comfortable learning fast, switching contexts, and working with limited guidance
- Capable of working independently or with cross-functional teams
- Relentless, detail-oriented, and highly operational mindset
