As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded with ElevenLabs' most strategic customers, taking full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects. You'll work hands-on to design and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that help clients achieve their goals and push the limits of what's possible with ElevenLabs' technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions
- Collaborating daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal use of ElevenLabs' technologies
- Driving real innovation by using coding and technical skills to solve complex problems and make a tangible difference for customers
- Brainstorming technical architectures and product features
- Building full-scale integrations

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects acceptable if demonstrating genuine interest in technical customer collaboration)
- Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, including deep understanding of software architecture and API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, particularly ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and pursue optimal solutions using logic
- Fluency in English and Spanish with deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer onsites
