In this business-facing role, you will partner with leaders and teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and process redesign. You'll own the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives—from discovery and solution design through piloting, rollout, adoption, and measurement. Your responsibilities include: • Building trusted relationships with business leaders to understand goals, processes, pain points, and success metrics • Mapping end-to-end workflows and identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement • Translating business challenges into clear problem statements, prioritized use cases, and outcome-based plans • Partnering with technology, data, analytics, security, and governance teams to assess and implement solutions responsibly • Designing AI applications that complement human judgment with appropriate review and control points • Establishing and tracking success measures (time saved, service improvements, forecast accuracy, retention, revenue impact) • Creating repeatable playbooks, operating practices, and enablement materials to scale improvements • Communicating recommendations and outcomes to business stakeholders, technical partners, and senior leadership Functional areas may include: Sales (prospecting, pipeline, forecasting, operations, enablement); Customer Success (onboarding, adoption, health, retention); Marketing (demand generation, campaign operations, attribution); Finance (planning, forecasting, accounting, order-to-cash). You do not need to be a deep subject-matter expert in every function. The role emphasizes transformation skills, business acumen, and the ability to connect people, processes, and technology. Requirements: • Significant experience leading business transformation, enterprise technology delivery, AI implementation, intelligent automation, consulting, or related discipline • Proven track record taking initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption with measurable outcomes • Ability to understand complex processes and translate business needs into structured requirements and practical solution plans • Experience partnering across business and technical teams (data, engineering, IT, security, operations) • Familiarity with AI, generative AI, workflow automation, analytics, or enterprise platforms, with judgment to select approaches based on problem fit • Strong change-management and communication skills; ability to earn trust, facilitate working sessions, and explain technical concepts in business terms • Sound judgment around governance, data protection, security, risk, and human oversight in enterprise environments • Builder's mindset: you create reusable approaches and leave teams better equipped to sustain and extend the work Nice to have: • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Client Services, Marketing, or Finance • Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments • Familiarity with CRM, customer success, marketing automation, finance, analytics, or enterprise workflow platforms • Experience defining AI/automation metrics, building business cases, or communicating results to executive audiences • Experience developing playbooks, centers of excellence, enablement programs, or operating models
